The Badloo Singh Laxmi Devi Development Society popularly known as BLDS, established B. L. Academy of Higher Education (BLAHE) in 2012 and ever since has been working under the aegis of BLDS. The society is registered under the society Act XXI of 1860 with Registration No.S.33641 issued in 1998 by the Government of NCT, Delhi. The National Council for Teacher Education, Northern Regional Committee, has granted its approval to this institute, as per its order No. NRC/NCTE/ UP3185/2002/7631 dated 25-12-2012, allowing an intake of 100 students. Additionally, the approval of NCTE, NRC, Jaipur, as per its order No. FNRC/NCTE/F-73/UP-2425/Q5553 dated 25-12-2009, further solidifies the institutes credibility.

This college has obtained affiliation from C.C.S University, Meerut, as stated in its order No. Affiliation/414 dated 10.01.2012, further approving an intake of 100 students. The institution strictly adheres to the curriculum and syllabus prescribed by the affiliating University, i.e., Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut. The dedicated faculty members play a crucial role in providing valuable feedback and implementing the university directives to ensure academic excellence.

The construction of a meticulously planned building commenced in 2007 and reached completion in 2009. The academy boasts an impressive academic building spanning approximately 55000 sq. feet. It provides separate hostel and mess facilities for around 50 students, accommodating both boys and girls. The campus features a well-equipped playground, uninterrupted water and electric supply provided by the UP Government, and two standby electric generators. A tube well is also installed on the premises to ensure a constant water supply, while septic tanks guarantee seamless sewage disposal. The campus is fortified by tall surrounding walls, a main gate with a guard room, and a dedicated security staff. The thoughtfully designed facilities include a well-stocked library, computer lab, teachers training labs, toilets on every floor (separate for girls and boys), women facilities, staff room, board room, and convention halls for various functions. The institute also provides dedicated rooms for teachers, principal, director, and chairman. Additionally, a guest room equipped with all necessary amenities is conveniently located within the campus. The three well-maintained lawns adorned with a vibrant array of annual and perennial plants serve as a captivating attraction for students, teachers, and visitors alike.
